Virginia Scenic Railway will operate Fall Foliage Excursions with Coal Burning Steam Locomotive Norfolk & Western #611. The excursions are titled "Shenandoah Valley Limited" and operate Fridays - Sundays from October 8 through November 5, 2023.
Steam Engine 611 will depart from the Victorian Station in Goshen, Virginia at 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM on each operating day.
