Spokane Portland & Seattle Steam Locomotive #700 at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center in Portland, Oregon.

​#700 was one of three 4-8-4 steam locomotives delivered new to the Spokane Portland & Seattle Railway in 1938. 
#700 was retired from revenue service in 1956. 
#700 was donated to the City of Portland, Oregon and placed on display. All other SP&S Steam Locomotives were scrapped. 
#700 is in the top 5 largest and most powerful operational steam locomotives in the United States. 

#700 is owned by the City of Portland, Oregon.
